You will be roughly 1,500 meters from Ravello town center, where you will find restaurants, shops and the stop for the SITA bus and for the local bus. You will reach Villa The Queen from its own parking area without having to climb any steps. You will not need a car but If you do have one, you will be able to park it inside the entrance gate. The swimming pool area is equipped with tables, chairs, deck chairs, sun loungers, a swing and an external shower. It is partly shaded by a porch made of stone. The porch is furnished with dining table and chairs. From the swimming pool you will have a fascinating view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October. The terrace on the ground level is 100 sqm (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an elegant porch. The terrace is equipped with a wickerwork sofa and armchairs, as well as with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a wonderful view of the vegetation and of the sea at a distance. The terrace above ( 3 bedrooms opens to this terrace) is 40 sqm (430 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an elegant retractable awning. It is equipped with a table, chairs and deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a splendid view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. The patio is 30 sqm (320 square feet) large. It is equipped with dining table up to 10 people, chairs and deck chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the patio you will enjoy an enchanting view of the vegetation and of the coastline. The patio can be accessed via the kitchen door or via the terrace on the ground level. You will find the living room on the ground floor. The floor is paved with hand-made majolica tiles, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The furnishings are elegant and refined, and include some antique pieces. They include 3 sofas and 2 armchairs. The dining table can accommodate up to ten guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the large terrace with a view of the olive grove and of the sea through three French doors. From the living room you enter the kitchen, it is spacious and comfortable. There is a table to seat 4 guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio with a broad view of the sea and of the valley below. The 5 bedrooms are on the first floor and open onto the terrace. The first bathroom is located on the first floor. The second bathroom is located on the ground floor. The half-bath is located on the garden level, by the porch near the pool.
